Welcome to my channel! In this video, join me as I navigate a challenging work week as an esthetician. From early morning preparations to late-night reflections, I'll take you through the ups and downs of my profession.
Here is what a typical day looks like….
🌞 8:00 AM: Rise and Shine! I start my day with a healthy breakfast to fuel up for the busy day ahead.
🏢 9:00 AM: At the spa, I organize my workstation and prep for a packed schedule of facials, skincare treatments, and consultations.
💆♀️ 10:00 AM: My first client arrives, seeking a relaxing facial. I offer personalized care and therapeutic techniques to help them unwind.
🕒 12:30 PM: Quick lunch break! I grab a nutritious meal to keep my energy levels up.
💼 1:30 PM: Afternoon appointments kick off. I face challenges, like a client with sensitive skin experiencing irritation after a treatment. I adapt my approach to provide the best solution.
🧖♀️ 4:00 PM: I pamper a client with a luxurious spa package, including a full-body massage and skincare treatments.
😓 6:30 PM: A hectic day takes a toll on me, but I stay focused and maintain a positive attitude.
🏋️♀️ 8:00 PM: After work, I hit the gym to de-stress and recharge for the next day.
📝 9:30 PM: Back home, I unwind with journaling, reflecting on the challenges and triumphs of the day.
🛁 10:30 PM: A soothing bath helps me relax before bedtime.
🌙 11:00 PM: Lights out! I rest up to take on another day as an esthetician.
But this week wss a little bit different so i wanred to shade that!

hi im a new subscriber im also in school for esthetics and i have found your videos very helpful preparing me for the senior side. im very nervious for after gradutation. How my life is going to be for me as an esthetician. this video has also reminded me of how i've over came alot of emotions waking up every morning joining zoom when i dont feel my best be cause of all the things i've had to encounter, still to this day have to deal with as a single mother, nearly homeless etc etc. i have to find a home or shelter for my cat his name is carter and shelters are full. i literally have to keep him outside on the balcony but he jumps off and comes back when he feels like it. idk what i will do with out him. so im sending my love you way.

When doing this career do you recommend having a second job?? I want to do this. I’m looking at schools now so I can change my career
I honestly recommend doing whatever helps you be financially stable. I know when i first started I’ve shared many days of me working a lot for multiple companies but that’s what I needed to do. I can’t ever tell anyone what they should do but I can say it helped me a ton to eliminate stress and I’m grateful for when the moment came I was able to transition to self employment but it has been a long road and I’m still on it finding my way. I hope that helps.
