To fix this issue 1) tight the lossen tip of pencil 2) turn on Bluetooth 3) attach the apple pencil on the magnetic side of ipad (where it usually charges) 4) Restart the ipad or shut down and start the ipad or install the software update on ipad (if its available) If it still doesn't work try again. Tips: always keep your pencil charged some percentage, don't keep it fully drained for long period of time as it's li-on battery can get permanently damaged.

While the pencil is on the magnet, shut down/restart the iPad 4. Then it should work The first time I did this it didn’t work but once I did it the second time it worked! Good luck dude
Coba tempelin pensilnya di magnet, hidupin bluetoothnya, trus restart. Kalo restart tanpa di tempelin pensilnya, pas hidup tetep begitu, ga mau nyambung. Dulu pernah ga kedeteksi gara2 tip longgar, tapi yg kali ini bukan itu masalahnya.
