  • This is Half Jordan's Shoulder to Shoulder (Knotless), a short (base-3 minimum) carry, specifically shown with a pre-tied chest belt, pre-made seat, and a hip scoot. While in general, I think that better quality seats and tightening happen if you make the seat on the back, I understand that some people prefer the security of making the seat up front, so I wanted to show that as an option, and how to keep it secure as you scoot it around back.
This video uses a newborn-sized demo doll, which results in baby being a touch low and with the face obscured. Newborns and very young infants should only be wrapped by experienced wrappers, and even then, this is not an ideal carry for that size. I would recommend this carry for ages 4 months and up.
It is good for moderate leaning and leg straightening, shorter (base-3) wraps, long wraps if you don't mind elegant tails, and is not too challenging as a beginner back carry (although I'd recommend starting with a Ruck Tied in Front.)

What a great lesson on tightening for a back carry. Thanks for sharing this!
