Great video; I have medical trainees with me often and try to take them out to eat at least once weekly. The hope is this attending impression will pay it forward to future students. Also Hire SLOW, Fire FAST! Keep the good stuff coming ;)

I have a sister-in-law who is a dentist in private practice. She has had to deal with a lot of people leaving, or dealing with their divorces, or other life and office dramas. So I wonder if it is better to outsource as much as possible for some things in order to limit the number of employees in the practice that you have to take care of (e.g., medical billers/coders, IT, HR, etc). Would be interested in any thoughts around this.
