@@samman4602 If I don't go and blow off steam by running at the gym or trying to work out, I definitely feel like I don't sleep as well And I feel like my productivity goes down as my mental wheels just keep turning. As much as I hate waking up early going to the gym, I know that I feel so much better after I get it done. I would say whatever your self care is to get that same feeling, lean into that.
Your videos helped inspire me to start my own primary care practice (90 minutes Southeast of you, I think). I am in month 14 of having my own practice. My office manager quit, and I fired 2 MA's since July. Of course they filed unemployment. Got to love TWC! I won two of these with one to go. Ugg! Your videos encourage me because I know I am not alone on this. I do need to work on boundaries like you say.
@@realmonster5866 it gets so much better but we all go through it! I have been pretty much exactly where you are right now. Once you find good talent, make sure you keep them around.
