Delicious cookies that you can make in 5 minutes! Quick, simple and with few ingredients!
Ingredients :
2 eggs
8 g of vanilla sugar
100 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
130 ml of sunflower oil
1 tbsp apricot jam
Zest of a lemon
160g coconut
360 g of fine semolina (add gradually until you obtain a non-sticky dough)
7 g of baking powder
150 g of icing sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10 to 15 minutes
