It has been cold, very grey and very wet this spring in the basin region of Ontario.
It was 6 degrees this morning.
The sun is never allowed to shine. The interesting thing is, it is only ever clear blue skies or total overcast. Zero partially cloud days. No fluffy clouds rolling along. Just one extreme or the other.
