    We can think and also find why power is constant? Electric Power is rate of Electrical energy Right?
    Power remains constant because:-
    1. Transformer do not use the electrical energy it only either increase or decrease the voltage Or current. So energy cannot be used so power is not decreased.
    2. Transformer cannot itself add the energy. So power cannot increase.
    Hence power can neither decrease nor increase. So it is constant.

      Because in a conductor such as iron rod they have very min intermolecular distance between them so here due to energy they collide with themselves in a way we see that they vibrate with each other through which the current produces

      electrons do flow in a conductor while colliding with each other and kernels (drift velocity) in case of direct current.
      electrons oscillate at their place in the case of alternating current
