    Thanks for the video.
    If you are after higher mrr, I use a Seco cutter R217.29I-1640.Re-06.4A with tips RPKT1204MOT-6-M15 , MS2500 . On 250mpa steel plate , I run this at 2400rpm, 3600mm/min ,3.3mm depth of cut . This is a 40mm bullnosed cutter with 12mm round inserts. The inserts have a locater, so you get 6 positions. They make larger diameter cutters that use the same tips, but my machine lacks the torque to drive it at the same mrr.

    А нормализация заготовки для снятия внутренних напряжений где? Вот и гнет после выборки большого объёма в стружку! 95% фрезеровки изменить направление обхода с попутного (как в CAM по умолчанию) на встречное и большая часть дрожака уйдет. Для нормальной детали - обдирка - всего, обработка всего в чистую да еще и при чистовом вторые тиски на столе приотпускаются, а притягиваются только после их поджаия, кроме этого еще и минимизируется площадь прижима губками вторых тисков для чистовой!

    your CAM software definitely spends a lot of time air cutting, you should have uses a 2d type pocket or even a facing cut to rough that center run out. 2d pocket type cuts for the side relief cuts sequentially . a lot of wasted time and motion air cutting stepping in and out and sideway, probably could have saved 20% of the spindle hours easily.

    Zajímavé že využíváte plátky několika výrobců. Já dělám v nástrojárně na DMG75 5-axis v zásobníku mám 60 nástrojů + dalších asi 15 mimo mašinu na nastrčení a všechny frézy co nejsou monolitní tak mám plátky od jedné značky (SECO) ale je fakt že dělám pouze do kalené ocely a nevím zda jiné značky nabízí plátky do kaleného s takovou životností. Moje otázka nicméně spočívá v tom. Jaký důvod máte k využívání 3-4 různých výrobců plátků?

    • @CncFrezar
      @CncFrezar  Год назад

      Niektoré frézy máme aj na testovanie tak k nim máme aj nejaké plátky tak pokiaľ ich nezoderieme robíme s nimi. Tak si šetríme naše plátky. Zväčša však na nekalený materiál používame plátky Palbit a na kalený Pokolm.
