In this video he talks about 3 exercises that will boost your intelligence
1. Breathing exercise like in and out breath 3 times and at 4th time just just stop taking breath in ,try to out breath for only 20 seconds and then take breath inside and this will change the blood cells of brain and will increase your intelligence
2. Try to make circle from one hand and triangle from other hand for a while and then make circle and triangle simultaneously, this will not happen at first time but after 1 or 2 days by practice you will be able to make circle and triangle simultaneously.
3. In morning when you start brushing teeth, try to brush from left hand and from morning try to do some work with opposite method and by doing this your mind will get an alert singnal to do work in awareness.

i have completed the challenge of doing three things STUDY, STUDY AND STUDY for 7 DAYS.
It really helped me alot. It increased my sitting hours just before that challege I studied only 2 hours but now I can study for 4 to 5 hours. Thank you so much bhaiya for that challenge. And thanks for this video I was looking for this type of video. I will do these exercises for 10 to 15 minutes a day. And bhaiya please make a video on how to utilize our summer holidays on exp hub 9th and 10th channel.

. I am 14 years old. In 9th class.. But studying first year books.. As i finished my lower books likely of 9th and 10th. So i am studying advance and your videos proved so much infinite beneficial for me.. Sir. Actually . the tips that you told in your videos. I almost kept following all of them.. Not all. But some.. Like we have to press our finger tips that activates our brain because of presence of nerve endings at the end of finger tips.. its obviously right.. i thought about it and tried to understand. That how our brain gets activated by pressing finger tips again and again And what i discovered is that.. when we press our finger tips again and again.. The message again and again goes to brain and brain works over again and again.. That leads to the activation of brain.. its absolutely right.. But i wanna something else too.. according to me.. Not only by pressing finger tips becomes the reason of activation of brain but also it might be the reason that wherever nerve endings are present.. And if any signal goes from thither to brain. Again and again.. It could activate brain.. sir.. Honestly I love you so much from the bottom of my heart.. You are amazing sir..
The next tip that you mentioned is that.. We should imagine things.. And imagine whatsoever we did today..That might boost brain power.. Sir.. I also used to do so.. However i didn't know if that might be the reason of brain power boosting..But still i used to do it and yet do i.. And from nowhere. I would do this more.. I used to imagine what i did and what i will do.. Or what i would do in future and what are the probabilities of happening.. I imagine everything..

Yes, I followed, to be honest, I had concentration issues and could not retain focus for more than 30 minutes or 45 mins. Even it was a big deal but today. Alhamdulillah, I can keep focusing for 4 consecutive hours, and 9 hours of study sessions, without feeling sleepy.
