Whoo literally just bought the last one in stock. I have a brand new never used 370 motor waitin for this truck!
The 370 should bring the performance up. It's a great platform for tinkering and mods.

@@RunThatRC mine just came in… after first run I notice that when I’m on full rate for steering there’s a bump steer restricting me on making tight turns 😫 so I gotta run it on the half rate for steering. It seems like the driveshafts are binding as well when I’m turning at the full rate. At full turn the tires aren’t touching anything either so idk why it’s not letting me steer all the way. Any ideas?

Not gonna lie, for the price the throttle control is actually not that bad
Definitely good enough for trail duties. A 370 will probably smooth it out with just a bit more torque. I'm probably going to gut it for my own electronics.
@@RunThatRCMate, before gutting it for some other electronics add that 370 motor into the original electronics in this car to see how it behaves
Maybe the electronics in this WPL has gottern good enough for smooth throttle control

Now this is what it should have been, I totally understand the D64 for the realistic scale look but this? Oh yeah, we can actually go up the hill for sure.
@ Run That RC i have a question is there any better chargers out there that will charge the battery’s for these things faster than 4-6 hours? I’m looking at the Traxxas Easy Peak, Dynamite Prophet Sport and one of those blue eBay 80W Fast Digital Balance Chargers with the bundle of charging battery adapters but if you have a good choice that’s affordable please let me know? Thanks in advance
I usually chop the wires on the rc side(esc) and solder in a connector I like. Then use the piece you cut off to make an adapter to use the stock battery if you want but I use 2s lipos instead.
Does driveline angles are a little concerning
I am planning to buy this little badass for me and my son, how long does the battery last for continuous runs for the old and this new model?
its really hard to give someone a runtime. In general if your full throttle all the time or on flat dirt just giving it the beans then maybe 8-10 mins. Slow crawling around (depending on how hard and steep the obstacles are) maybe 10-20 mins.

For less than $5 usd you can buy the 370 motor from wpl and it bolts right onto that transmission and fixes it SOO MUCH i did NOTHING ELSE
yup that's the best mod to the stock drivetrain for sure. I did that yo my C54 and its way better.

They are C74 wheels -- WPL spares no expense when they drop an "all new model" ....LOL

yes it has a drag brake.

i don't think they labeled this as crawler. and they wer'e right probably this will make the worst stock RTR crawler like trx4m.
Wpl body's are decent the rest is scrap
The bodies are nice and the rest is ok depending what your building the rig for.
