Awesome video. Have both these rc cars. Purchased the MN82 a couple of weeks back. So far, have found the MN82 a little more capable of handling forest offroading. Overall, both are good cars.
Those custom body landcruisers usually have leaf spring rear ends. So in keeping it accurate, the MN82 also has a leaf spring rear end. At one point, they used to be leaf spring front and rear.
No comparison. I've had to replace every drivetrain component on the C54 to even try to hang with the MN82 with sticky tires offroad. One is indestructible and the other is a cool looking money pit.
My C54 is the newer model 2023. I checked on the official WPL website and couldn't find information on newer models. Do you have any information on the new model?
I might actually be wrong, but I purchase a B24 out of a random online store and got the newer transmitter with dual rate for throttle and steering. Does WPL release the C-series with newer electronics? The new receiver supports brake lights, left, right signal and rear lights.
@@ew.mychai Not quite, WPL says only their C14, C24 and C54 are equip with their older fully porpotional steering and throttle transmitter/receiver while their rest of their lineups are using the BC transmitter/receiver which has dual rate of throttle and steering..

Mn82 is probably the best budget RC I recommend, although the only downside for me is the leaf spring. It would’ve been better with a 4 link
