This is great !!! I have always wondered how beads are made. Thank you so much for sharing. It was interesting to see how almost primitive the machinery is. It looked like many different colors of glass were melted together to get the one color of bead they wanted.
Yes there will be about 8-10 different total videos, and so we are currently processing all of the different video (there were 3 different cameras going with over 150 total different clips), so it is just going to take us some time to put it all together. Will come soon.
The next two videos are done (this one was re-done with subtitles), and the second on tumbling is now finished. We'll have faceting and fire polishing uploaded in the next few days.
Will you show the actual process? All i saw was how glass gets crushed and something pressing on the hot piece of glass, and there was nothing coming out that would look like a bead. I'm curious, and would like to see how they make beads, at least one bead...
