is it just me or the Knuckles sound way better than the Anti? it is way less fizzy doesnt sound unconfortable like a pressure cooker blowing as the Anti does
I enjoyed the knuckles a lot more but I also didn't hate the ANTI either. I think that it's fairly well representative of how the real amps sound. The guys at UA don't shy away from the fact that what makes their pedals so accurate is that they model everything, warts and all. A real plexi can easily sound like a huge turd if the controls aren't set right and you can 100% dial in an awful sound in the same way with the Lion. These high gain units are the same way. All the other modelers and pedals that claim to offer these sounds are more of an idealized version that doesn't sound or feel like the real deal for those reasons.
@@FastRedPonyCar I think that you got good tones with the Knuckles easier than the Anti, it is more rounder and less harsh, the blending video is amazing too. Im really fan of the 5150 and 6505, wish I could afford a combo. I tried really hard to convince myself to like the videos of Anti, but idk, it didn't impress me, now the Knuckles videos convinced me more that its good stuff
I mean, yeah you can crank it up for ALL the gain from the pedal but I typically run things pulled back a little so I can clean up if needed and then hit it with the boost for the extra gain. Not everyone using a recto for Luke Bryan, 3rd Eye Blind and Georgia Satellites but I managed to pull it off at a couple gigs with the Knucks
Oh HECK YEAH!!!
Thr OCD pedal is the perfect boost for this Knuckles!
Alter Bridge !
We can’t forget about them! One of the best songs ever.
Hi there, how did you connect this to your tube amp? Did you dial this in via the fx loop?
Yeah out of the knuckles into the line in on the powerstation
