- Well, once again at Seaside Florida with my Black Bay Pro but this time on a new Uncle Seiko president bracelet.
It’s a game changer for those of us that didn’t but the original Tudor Faux rivet bracelet.
Personally I don’t like the faux rivet but it is an amazing bracelet… just couldn’t justify spending over $850 on it.
So Uncle Seiko to the rescue… for $160 you get a lot… no comparison to the original but non the less a great solution.

I have to agree with you… bracelet gives the watch that ‘professional’ feel that I wasn’t getting from the strap.

Very tasteful, does not detract but adds to the overall appearance. Also, very wearable in regards to not worrying about scratches and dings. I bought my son a Junghans Max Bill Chrono. Not too expensive, yet a stylish automatic watch that can be dressed up or down. I think he appreciates it due to his calling me and expanding on the details of the Bauhaus movement, and Max Bills work in industrial design. Oh well... As does the father, so does the son...

I have almost the same experience.
For years I was looking for a True GMT watch that bellow 40mm with a reasonable price. Is almost impossible because there is none. I have a small wrist. I was hoping that companies making smaller watches. If it getting ticker I don't have problem with it. It's very logical when they made the case smaller with the same inhouse movement it will get ticker. So it wil remain the water-resistant and the robustness. Otherwise they will put and ETA of some sort of movement in it.
Last year iam thinking about to get GS or Seiko sharp edge. Both the GMT models. GS is more expensive and Seiko is to big.
I blame my self for not looking the other brands at that time.
This Tudor GMT pro is like a miracle. Last week I found one like urs with the hybrid strap at 1 of 3 AD in my city. The other don't have it at all and the other has waiting list. I don't want to wait anymore because the price went up. So I bought it.
It's funny, u had problem with the strap. Because u can't get it larger. All the way to the max. Meanwhile iam all the way to the smallest.
The last couple of days iam watching videos about this watch and iam kinda regretting not be able to get the bracelet model. So I called the same AD yesterday and asking for availability. Second miracle happens because they got one piece two days ago. Because its still within 8 days I can exchange mine with the bracelet model.
My o my, it's a game changer.
Iam already had no issues with the thickness. The bracelet makes the thickness more less visible. Iam very happy with my decision.
Now iam waiting(still) for a diver chronograph bellow 40mm.
Have you tried the 1450 President bracelet for your Seiko SPB? I'm wondering if there's any difference in quality (besides the different clasps) between what Uncle Seiko makes for the Tudor vs. their Seiko Willard models...thanks!
Gonna get the bracelet for my bbpro now and i did buy on bracelet so im gonna have the Tfit on it its going to look amazing cant wait

@@RobertBlanchard yeah I think it is! I mean the ranger is a cool watch, but you need to be a real Tudor snob to really really appreciate it I think… can’t go wrong with a spb143 in my opinion🙌🏻! What’s your sons current watch if I may ask?
@@MisterTurtleTime Lorier Hyperion... and as a beater the Casio W800 (I have the 5610-1 GShock but actually now prefer the W800 module, just easier to read now that I am in my 50's)
