Kobeni low-key nearly screwed everything up multiple times in this episode because she failed to do that.

And tbh, most of devils in Chainsaw Man are either goofy and funny or just weird like one of those Sponge Bob series. I'm still shaking when I receive a jumpscare, but I've never screamed in my life because of fear or despair. But I like Kobeni, having a sudden urge to hug and comfort her, even if it's 99% of death awaits us somewhere.

Kobeni forced Denji to take decision right there on that lift to directly confront the enemy. Because that's Denji's job. He put others at risk of death while enjoying the fact that he can't die.
To think she looks like the character about to die, in the end she was the only survivor from that room, beside Denji. She might have a contract with the luck or fate devil or something.
