    Wonderfully explained thank you. Samaan Mudra may be the solution for the scorching heat in Rajasthan which creates so many skin problems and unbalance in the 3 doshas.

    Hello Sir, do you know any mudra which can help with laryngo-pharyngeal reflux? Always coughing and mucus production in the throat, it's coming from acid reflux, but it's not the typical reflux with burning, the symptoms are like you have a cold, and it's reason are the pepsines from the stomach acid which go up to the throat and cause there irritation. thanks.

      For Mucus & lung related issues practice pran mudra ,
      samaan mudra & apaan mudra will also help you to manage the acid reflex.
      check your body type i.e dosha pitta , vata or kapha
      As per your explanation you seems like pitta or kapha.
      As you know you dosha then try to balance it using balanced ayurvedic diet , yoga & meditation

      @Ronald you find relief by doing Surabhi mudra for congestion & cough to clear throat because of acid reflux and it is also helpful to alleviate symptoms & cure.

      After the practice of mudra take a gap of alleast 20-30 min before going for meal. after a meal take gap of atleast 45-60 min
