It's really working :) Thank you! On one computer it worked exactly like in your tutorial but on other after typing parameter 4 it skipped other parameters and connected in SQL Plus. Could you explain why?

I'm not able to get past TNS Listener Error. I have tried to follow all the articles but still, as soon as I run the first comment, I get the TNS Listener Error. Any suggestion will be appreciated
It looks like that your listner service is not running. In Windows services check the listener service.

why in my pc hr password is showing wrong
Your question isn't clear. You must be tying the wrong password.
Pdbs command is not available
Your database version must be a multitenant database. This command isn't available in Oracle 11g

You should Remember that this video isn't about database connection troubleshooting. To unlock HR account You must know first how to install and run the database.

The person who installs the Oracle database, specifies and knows the password.
