This seems really difficult for one who lives in a noisy environment :(

Hey Arthur! I hope not noisy like a building site!
Earplugs can be helpful (I like the roll-up foam ones) as even if the sounds outside are quite loud, the earplugs seem to accentuate the inner sounds more.
      Hope this helps.

What you are teaching is Bhramari pranayama. Please Let yoga be yoga and let it be real and let it be what it is. Don't twist, don't brand it just to make money 🙏

This is entirely free and all the videos I'll produce for youtube will be free. Bramari pranayama here is a technique to assist with listening to the Nad/Om technique. but listening to the Nad is the practice I'm promoting here primarily, not bramari pranayama.
Nothing twisted here. Apart from a "click bait" title. But for someone who doesn't know what "bramari pranayama" or "listening to the Nad" means this is a good entry point. Many people in the west think yoga's just about stretching and don't know Sanskrit terms.
All these videos will be free, though it doesn't hurt to say "contact me for a lesson". I have to make a living too.

@@cosmicsoupmusic I agree. There is a difference between brahmari an naad yoga. In brahmari you make humming sound with ears shut and eyes closed. Whereas in naad yoga you listen to the humming of your nervous system without making any sound once again with ears and eyes shut.
I first came across naad yoga in a book written in 1970s by Swami Chinmayananda Saraswati.

Its been around since the beginning of time.
True name is Santmat or Surat Shabd Yoga this requires a perfected master to initiate and awaken the inner sound connection.

No man . This technique was taught in Upanishad. The humm. Is brahmari

Without hum is the real technique. But brahmari us still good to listen
