재료:
무염 버터 90g
설탕 100g
달걀 2개
우유 90ml
박력분 180g
말차 파우더 20g
베이킹 파우더 8g
소금 한 꼬집
다크 초콜릿칩 150g
다크 초콜릿칩(장식용) 30g
1. 볼에 버터와 설탕을 넣고, 핸드믹서를 이용해 3분 정도 섞는다.
2. 풀어둔 달걀을 2번 나누어 넣으며 섞는다.
3. 박력분 1/2, 말차 파우더, 베이킹 파우더, 소금을 체 쳐 넣고, 우유 1/2을 더해 주걱으로 섞는다.
4. 나머지 박력분 1/2을 체 쳐 넣고, 우유 1/2을 더해 섞은 뒤, 다크 초콜릿칩을 더해 함께 섞는다.
5. 머핀 컵을 틀에 넣고, 숟가락으로 반죽을 떠서 채운 뒤, 반죽 위에 다크 초콜릿칩을 뿌린다.
6. 170°C로 예열한 오븐에서 35분 정도 굽는다.
7. 다 구워진 머핀은 한 김 나간 다음, 틀에서 꺼내 식힘망에 올려 식힌다.

Ingredients:
90g unsalted butter

90ml milk
180g cake flour
20g matcha powder
8g baking powder
a pinch of salt
150g dark chocolate chip
30g dark chocolate chip (for decoration)
1. Place butter and sugar in a bowl, using hand mixer, until well-mixed, about 3 minutes.
2. Add beaten eggs, put it in 2 times, and mix well.
3. Sift 1/2 cup cake flour, matcha powder, baking powder and salt, and add 1/2 cup milk. Mix well with a spatula.
4. Sift remaining 1/2 cup cake flour, and add remaining 1/2 cup milk and mix well.
5. Place muffin cups in muffin tins and spoon the batter into the muffin cups. Then sprinkle chocolate chips over batter.
6. Preheat the oven to 170°C, and bake for 35 minutes.
7. When muffins are baked, let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
