- I am very excited to have a Warn winch on the Cherokee, especially because it is in such a beautiful and stout Trail ready bumper!

Pretty easy install eh? After I edited out all the wrestling with the bumper 🤣
I would be careful where you pay for a bumper. I bought a $3000 trailready bumper for the bumper sunglasses and got scammed they refuse to send me whay i paid for. I paid $3000 last labor day weekend sale. I have a receipt and no bumper.
Fun Fact: Chrysler decided to use TIN POT METAL freeze plugs in the v8s in these. Once had to pull a transmission on a 94 grand cherokee to change out a $2 freeze plug in the back of the block. Thing had a little over 100k miles. Same car had abs go nuts, and four more freeze plug failures some of which left me stranded. Worse car design EVER!!! Chrysler products are JUNK!
ZJ is looking good... Great job with the thorough explanation for the bumper & winch install!!
Wow! this has been such a fun project to observe. 😀👍
Awesome video dude. I’m watching these guys cut and weld and shit and fuck. Your is really. Good idea on a brand too.
please link me the bumper, im trying to do exactly what you did to help hide my bashed front support in the middle, please respond
What about the fog lights. What size did you put. Round and brand.
That rig is looking better but the color need to be updated with a desert camouflage wrap.
Krylon rattle can job. It's a jeep thing 😩

Nice! What size tires are you going with?
Looks good with the new front bumper and winch.
Where did you get those plates and bolts?
Phil you need to solder the all the copper strands together before tightening to the battery. Your not going to get maximum current flow and the cable may overheat. Do it once buddy and do it right.
Electric vehicles use hydraulic crimp terminal ends *only* -- no solder -- the solder would melt and fail under extreme load anyway. I used to crimp *and* solder all my terminal ends but un-soldered ends actually work better. I know it's counterintuitive but sometimes what we think is the "right" way just ain't so.
What’s the name of the bumper?
Where did you order the bumper from?
huh, use that nickle shim material and wrap the copper wire strands (like a ferrule) and stuff into that battery terminal...? Ordered an SAE style and am gonna use big ol' ring terminals (crimped'n'soldered) myself... wonder how well aluminum works as a battery terminal!
Your right, with a lift and bigger tires, that would look bad ass.. hell you can now go and do off road recovery adventures! I would that's for sure, get me some big tow rope and already have the wench and go help those people that are stuck for sure.
It just came to me ...you are like a grande jeeper leprechaun...enjoyed the vid.
Yeah lift n bigger tires is must lol. But bumper n winch looks stellar either way
Hello. Have a safe blessed day! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
The cardboard thing was hilarious 😂
Never knew the zj could use a wj bumper
how did you do it can you share with me , thank you
Ill buy the plywood crate for 75$
What would you think about replacing the stock 6cyl, '01 Grand Cherokee Laredo with a good, rebuilt, '79 CJ 7 304? Worth the effort?
Not worth it go Ls
jeep has a balcony on the of its face now
What brand of bumper is that
Just tripled the cost of the ZJ?
Yep I'm down to MOB
Fun Times man....
Nice modification
Seems like you should have chocked the rear wheels before crawling underneath just for safety.
In the event that my ebrake cables snapped at the same time my trans shifted from park to neutral, yes that would come in handy
@@Down2Mob Lol, thanks for the chuckle. It's always something...
