Just one of the most unbelievable specimens of man that I've ever seen
Hail
“50 pounds of muscle” 🤣🤣
This video is iconic he’s a monster
Coming from a Giants fan, this dudes a straight up boss, even though the Gmen have schooled the skins the past 6 times, I am afraid for Eli's health every time this beast gets near him
Just a monster!! He looked scary as hell when we was walking with those chains!
WOW great call!!!
Where do i find more of these SC profiles? They are really great.
HELL YES! Gonna buy his jersey the second it releases!
GO SKINS!!!!
you mean Commanders......har har har
Yeah he is! Ol' boy destroyed my headphone speakers with that deep voice when he started speaking...
amazing
rak is a monster. speed power and heart. hes gonna have a big year. with kerrigan and new front three on d line
awesome!!!
the beast mode
yes sir
I actually met him but it was his rookie year so he wasn't has big but dang, he's HUGE
Ohhh, he might be there when we pick :)
Man Orakpo is a hoss... he is going to tear shit apart playing in the 3-4 this year.
D. Carter, Brian Orakpo coming off the edge with A. Haynesworth drawing a double-team will = pressure, sacks, turnovers, short field. We just signed Mike Williams OL former first round pick and of course we got Derrick Dockery G back. This season is going to be interesting...I see 10-11 wins...
beast.
hell yeah
"definitely wanna gonna stay inside his circle of trust." good teleprompter skills man...
hes a BEAST!!!
This guy goes hard...
benches 515, squats 600+, cleans 380 . . . with a 4.6 40
that's pretty insane, even if he's playing OLB he'll be rushing all the time, I cant wait to see o-lines have to deal with him and Big Al at the same time . . . LaRon, London and friends have a chance to really kick ass with such a legit front
now if only our O-Line and Campbell can get it done so Portis doesn't have to carry the offense, this could be a great season
Hail!
he said "...circle of trust focker", as in from the meet the focker movies when deniro says that lol
this guy is a fucking tank man.... he was awesome at texas..hopefully hell do the same in the nfl
One of the most athletic freaks the world has ever seen.
Weights around the same as Dwight Howard, runs unbelievably fast, incredible strength, and has a standing vertical much higher than Dwayne Wade.
ORAKPO baby
He said focker. They said Orakpo's favorite actor is Robert DeNiro and he was quoting him from the movie "Meet the Parents."
OWN TECH!!!
@soonerstd you're right man, i used to do that my sophomore year of football and my arms got tired really quick because i was dropping big weight really quick. orakpo is still a beast, but like you said he could be stronger if he lifted properly.
I'm a beast, a monster, a freak. What else you wanna know?
HAIL TO THE REDSKINS BABY!!!!!
The sack master has joined us.
Whats the song called at 0:46 ? please help me i am looking for that for years
what the shit!! 500+ bench holy crap!
these past couple of drafts good players have been coming out of Texas
Hook Em Horns!!!!!
Watch out, we got a badass over here!
I love the skins and the Orakpo pick but my only question is- Obviously, he is great in the weightroom... but does he have intensity or a true love for the game that LT had?
Dude got a deep voice! Wish I had one! lol
orakpo is a beast!!!!
I'll love to see Orakpo in a Bills uniform.
GO BILLS!!!
Love the Rak, went to UT, and the skins are my fav. team. SOOO happpy right now...did anyone else notice the soundbyte at :23???HAHHAHAHA
You said it. 4 sacks today. That makes 11 for the year so far.
THE RAK IS BACK
OMG! If Herm and Carl actually picked him I would soil myself in excitement and shock
Kid is a freak and doing it up in the NFL
Well, in college they were very similar as players. Both physical freaks at 6'3" 260 lbs running 4.6's and benching 500. They also put up similar stats.
Gholston didn't translate from 4-3 DE to 3-4 OLB. It's TBD whether Orakpo will either.
i could see this guy going to pittsburgh or baltimore in a heartbeat
if those teams know whats good for them
it works the core
ALREADY MADE THE PRO BOWL!! WOW!! I DON'T LIKE THE REDSKINS BUT THIS DRAFPICK WAS GENIUS!!
Texas Football. Nothing like it anywhere.
@TheJJRoth what will really matter is his speed between 10-20 yards. The reason why Wes Welker and Warren Sapp were so dominant is their short bursts of speed.
He put on 50lbs of straight muscle in college?... Daaaamn! *I'm slackin'*
@djstickywicket21 *Focker, it's a reference to a couple of Robert De Niro's (Orakpo's favorite actor) movies
future beast for the browns!
Well, it looks like we won't have to worry about King Carl anymore :)!!!
what kind of nike undershirt is he wearing in this while he is working out? the orange one?
what a monster
o m gawd if he went to the titans.......DAMN!!! be an even more unstoppable D-line
THIS IS A REAL HULK!!!!!!!!!
Roger Goodall: With the second pick in the NFL draft the kansas city chiefs select Brian Orakpo from the university of Texas.
CROWD: (applause)
Skins defense is going to be nasty this year. Hope our passing game does something. Orakpo-phobia will spread and he will help for sure to keep the points against us low.
Orakpo was a beast for my Longhorns, hopefully he can go sack crazy for the Redskins since Haynesworth will be commanding double-teams. I don't care how the Redskins do I'm only rooting for them because of Orakpo.
515 bench??? DAMN!!!!!!!
Brian Orakpo, along with Aaron Curry are the best ppl in this year's draft, I don't know what is all this talk about Stafford & Sanchez, ppl love QBs too much.
Benching 515...squatting 600...and he probably got a lot stronger since this...Jesus...
im saying
Benching 515 and squatting 600 is incredible
@epajrgolf really its more musclar endurance than anything although it does require a lot of strength to get a good number of reps at the combine it is still not a true indicator or on field play or even true power.
Orakpo ia a damn beast. If only Sean Taylor could a part of this "D".
holy shit
"you're definitely wanna gonna stay inside his circle of trust, fucker"
thts wat they all say they said the same thing to clay matthews, brian cushing, and taylor mays.
my uncle is the strength/conditioning coach at Texas tech, and the things they do to u in college is crazy.
they make u get ur lift in, after tht they have u take supplements/protein shakes, and then give u omega3 fish oils, and after tht u have a buffet of all u can imagine just for breakfast. they dont let u leave until u have eaten a specifc amount. and then time for class.
He on dat shit!
I think it works your core and forearms. I always see boxers do it too.
@damomand They're both beasts
@soonerstd that was just for show, for the cameras and the documentary. I'm sure the trainers and strength/conditioning coaches teach a world class athlete like him the proper technique
Whats the beginning music
?
Rak is such a beast. Jackson Jeffcoat will be an even bigger beast. How sick is that. The domination will continue!
Hook Em Forever!
With the 7th pick of the 2009 draft the Oakland Raiders select Brian Orakpo.
Texas' ofense was centered around McCoy. Everything ran through him. When he went down Texas was an entirely different football team.
Spread the wealth, man. I think the last thing you guys need is ANOTHER strong, fast DE. He needs to be in D.C. We'll change to a 3-4 for that sumbitch.
this guys a fucking monster
He better go to the Bills!
515 bench you would think hes a defensive tackle
plays like Justin Tuck and reminds me of him
@Smo0ochMyGooch yea hes 6'5 321........4.82 40yrd dash. 530 bench, 785 squat, 40 reps 225
Does anyone know if he takes any supplements? Not like steroids or anything, but more so of a protein? I'm pretty sure he just has one hell of a diet but I was just wondering if their were any confirmed products he used.
He looks like Patrick Willis' bigger cousin. He won't be there when my Niners pick. Only thing that worries me about him is that it's always the most muscular guys that seem to get hurt most often. They're always pullin' or tearin' something. Best DE's we've seen aren't necessarily built like this. Look at Dwight Freeney.
he looked like a wide out when he got there :D
How the hell am I suppose to have dreams and goals after I just shit down my leg listening to the numbers this guy puts up in the weight room?? O_o lol
I can leg press 2/3 of what Brian Orakpo can leg press, I feel like a monster
@chris61spartans2 dude this was last year??!! orakpo had 11 sacks his rookie year and made the pro bowl?? stay current dude
@MrHighflyer34 I was in 2008. I'm in grad school now.
@mgrealdeals How much weight and size is acceptable to gain in a five year college career at a premier football school then? I played D1 football and witnessed some amazing natural transformations, myself included. If you work hard, eat right, and stay dedicated anything is possible. Especially when you have good genes, like Orakpo. A lot of the people in my class had never had proper weight training or more importantly nutritional training. The latter makes all the difference.
Im so happy with the skins taking him, but i wish they would have amde a trade to get into the 2nd round so they could also add Maualuga. Still, we have one of the sickest D-lines in the NFL.
Focker, not fucker.
It's a reference to Meet The Parents since Robert de Niro his is fav. actor.
he looks kinda funny on that pic where he was thin.. man how can you transform like that 0.o
515 on bench. HOLY SHIT! i couldnt do that to save my life lol
Why is everybody saying you can put on only about 8 lbs a year? I put on 37,4 pounds of muscles from March 2013 to December 2013 without creatin or whatever. Just eat well, drank some boosters from Assault, that's it.
whats th songs on this video? anyone
me too
