I totally agree with shreya. Since I have tried it I am in love with it. They are so good that I feel like wearing them daily even when I am home. And the texture is so so good. And it smells so nice. My mother says I have become crazy about the lipstick.

The outer cardboard packaging reminds me of MAC retro matte lipsticks which is also color coded on one end.

Dynamite Berry and Coral Kiss are really lovely shade 😘
Instead of buying such a costly lipstick I will go for Maybelline creamy matte which have equally beautiful shades as well as I can buy three shades in just 900 rupees unlike this one where I can get only one shade for 800 rupees.
Both have very different formulation and texture though

Matte lipsticks have become an essential staple these days. There are different subtypes of mattes like demi-matte, true matte, creamy matte etc. There are different formulations and they come in bullet, liquid, cream forms.
In my opinion, an ideal matte lipstick formula should not dry down completely or else the lines would show and give a crusty-pruny appearance. It should provide the right amount of moisture, minimise the appearance of lines and creases and at the same time it should not have any sheen or gloss and must look like velvet on the lips. It should be opaque, with great pigmentation, full and even coverage. It should be long lasting and mustn't transfer much. It shouldn't appear patchy on the lips (especially in case of dark shades). If it can have a plumping effect on the lips that's a bonus feature. The texture must neither be that creamy and oily and musn't feel that heavy nor be too dry on the lips. There shouldn't be any feathering or bleeding.
If you know any such brands with such formulas that are available in India with good shade options for dusky and darker skin tones please do share them. If there are any specific shades please include them too.
