I recently found a 1966 Canadian Nickel that is really bizarre; it has been at the bottom of my mothers closet for over 20+ years under her shoe cubby. On the reverse there is a clear "CE" or "GE" upside down or backwards? On the Obverse, the Queen's tiara is definitely abnormal, and has many other abnormalities; I just am not familiar with Canadian currency enough to spot the possibilities. Both sides are rainbow toned also. There was a 1976 - 2 Cent New Zealand coin also. Since they have been at the bottom of my mothers closet probably since she moved in - prior to 1996. I can send photos if you would like to see?
Great video! (I sent you an email with photos)

Deb, it's good to know how many were minted, what set, if any were made, or just gen pop production, price, varieties, types, etc, but yes, we don't need the history of why they were made, how they are made, specs of the coin and holy grail verbiage, but a simple overview and why valuable is good.

Hi! Question, is there a 1971 dime that has no ridge? My mom has had one for years. Wondering if theres something to it 🙂

As a document of Canadian history this is great. That said for value of coins, it is in my humble opinion far too long. All the facts are nice to know if expecting a movie on Canadian history, however a lot of detail for a coin value video.
