Even with house construction over, your videos are very interesting. It amazes me how industrious you and Pricilla are and it’s definitely reflected on to your children! Justin and Ethan are amazing, hard working young men and the 3 younger children are being raised to contribute also. I always look forward to Friday videos!

My husband made a full-size bed for our guest room and we are so proud of it. Then he made a side table to go with it. Right now he is making a second dresser for our bedroom.

A good temporary walkway during the muddy season is pallets. Screw or nail them together. They make a great, sturdy walkway.

That house is so beautiful. Do a beautiful job and your sons are amazing at their age the things that they do. I really don't have to worry about a way to make a living when they grow up baking just build houses. I live in the log home in Arkansas and I wish I would have had you guys around 2 Bill mind. I was writing a paper for college English class.
Sitting on a sail boat, before we went for a weekend sail. YES!!! Right on my Head!!!. I washed it off as quickly as I could. The children laughed and laughed. Then a few more adult's came with a pizza dinner. They laugh too.
I did later on. I did get an A+. Seagulls have great aims. L.O.L.

Another good family video. Those snow machines can be so much fun to ride and running across that old cabin was so cool. Very beautiful scenery of the mountains there in Alaska. I'm amazed by the beauty of that state but I can imagine you're ready for all the snow to be gone. Enjoy Alaska with the family and be safe.

A wonderful video,loved every minute! I never heard of birch syrup so I’m pretty interested.My father made lots of maple syrup the hard way also,but we loved hanging out at the sap house when we were kids. I tap maple trees and make maple syrup. It's a lot of work. This year I didn't get any. Our weather went from frozen day and night to above 40 day and night. As you know, I needed below 40 at night and above 40 days. We had two days like that. My equipment never was taken out of its totes. I live in Rochester, NY area. I'm planning to move back where my kids and grandkids and aunts, uncles, cousins live. I'm from Clayton, NY area, up on St.Lawrence River. I come from a big family. My mom was oldest of 11 and I'm one of 5 on my dad's side, there were 8 kids.
Well, you could teach us a thing or two! We are not professionals, but we are having fun with it :-)
So enjoyable, could you go back to the old shack when the snow is gone, cheers.
Yes! We might go hiking up there this summer! There are a lot of those old miners cabins scattered throughout Alaska!

We have our RV parks for the winter on our property and covered it with a big tarp. We will be using it again this summer to explore! The birch syrup tastes a little bit like cane syrup. thanks for watching!
