Quick comment on where it says even Jesus doesn't know. It isn't saying he doesn't know like we say "I don't know (example)". It's implying that it is not his place to reveal the exact time, that is the Father's place/role to make the matter known. It's ascribed to how a wedding at the time would be done. The Father would be the one that would announce that the groom is coming, so shall it be when Christ returns. It's not that Jesus didn't know; it simply wasn't his place to make the exact time known to his followers right then and there. He submits to the Father's will and as such only says as much as necessary for the time being.
A great example of this is Paul in 1 Corinthians 2:2 where he says "For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified." Is that literally all he knew, no, but that's all he wanted to make known to them at that time.
