I cleared cache and un-installed updates. Then I couldn't restart my phone with the side buttin. The Samsung account login pops up when I try to restart. I completed restart with the quick access menu. Problem solved. Thanks mate!!

I appreciate this video. I was able to sign out and back in on other devices as well as through the browser. After trying multiple attempts and searching through Google I came through RUclips looking for answers. I had just recently upgraded to the Galaxy S24 Ultra and kept getting an error message when trying to sign in that said "there was a problem trying to sign you in". Even changing the password didn't help. Following this video had fix that problem and kept me from the headache of going through Samsung's customer service

For those who didn't fix this issue...
Just do the same steps for samsung cloud and samsung account apps.
Erase data and cache and uninstall updates. It will start working.
For me it worked on my m30s

Used steps up to reboot. From there it tried to sent code after password entry. Couldn't find code. Back to Square One!!! Galaxy A52
