I don't understand why anyone wants a loud exhaust. The German cars are designed to have a nice exhaust sound when working hard and to be quiet when cruising. Also loud exhausts attract cops, a cop will hear you comming and make sure they catch you even if you are a little over the limit.
It sounds like a POS 6.0 Chevy work truck that someone sold the mufflers off of for meth. I would think if you had the $ to buy a G Wagon, that you would run a full exhaust with x pipe aswell as dummy cats, and dummy mufflers to look stock. This video just proves money can't buy smarts

The stock exhaust may not be loud enough for their preference. It’s a risk they are willing to take with the cops.
