Take a breath !
The first Gen X3 has been very reliable for me during 17 years of ownership. I can overlook its shortcomings because the handling is so precise and visiblity is very good. I drove it 2,600 miles over four days all the way from Seattle to Cabo, MX. So capable.
Fantastic review. Detailed and comprehensive
SOOOOOO detailed! Amazing. Looking at the M40d at the moment.
you talk down the e83 but i had one for five years - it was fantastic in every sense - it was smart and practical and the 3.0d was sporty, the handling both on and off road was great for whats essentially a road car. dont listen to the snobs - i even towed an artic out of a snowdrift with it!
I bought mine three years ago. It still takes my breath away every time I set eyes on it.
Would love to know what engine you went for!? My wallet is saying go 20D but my soul is screaming 30D haha! Also did you get a 2021 version or earlier?
@@ibraheemtoure1201 ok it was March 2021 and I’d just settled on getting an X3 after first considering an X1.
I found a BMW approved used dealership with this mint condition three year old (2018) G01 xdrive 30d Msport in phyton blue with cognac interior and with almost every conceivable extra fitted.
There had been only one previous owner who was a BMW employee so it had been pampered.
It cost me £30K. As you know during the pandemic the price of used cars was rock solid. But I needed to own this car, it was love at first sight.
I mainly bought it for long trips rather than commuting and the larger engine makes motorway driving effortless. I consistently get just over 38mpg in eco mode, which is mind blowing to me for such a big car, and it really does feel like a big car - so spacious and comfortable inside.
I like his detailed review of the car
My dream car x3 m40d with digital tacho
Should I buy this one or buy the outgoing x5 f15 model . Asking because cost is the same for purchase
Profund presentation !
I thought he worked for OSV ??
Good review.
0:20 "Evolution not Revolution". Taking cues from Alan Partridge again?
My OSV guy! I hope you own this channel! I'm subscribing!
Does this have android auto / car play
Is it normal? After i take my foot off the accelerator. There is a light braking/engine braking which decelerates the car slighty.
I just guess! Maybe you should upgrade the software!? Or is it related to any kind of driving modes?
I watched with 1,5x speed
What’s his name
👍👍👍👍👍
Appreciate the reference to off road performance. Most reviewers never go there for these SUVs.
I am trying but these vehicles are just so boring. Sorry made it to 2:36.
😂
Why did you bother to watch at all?

As I stated, I am trying to understand/appreciate these vehicles but can't .
Why did you bother to comment?
Probably the best car reviewer around! Bravo!
