Your videos are extremely helpful. I'm almost done with my first ever plush and I've made tons of mistakes but I've also learned so much. I aspire to master this craft. Alot of it is thanks to you. There aren't many of these types of video creators on RUclips so with limited resources for learning plushmaking, I rly appreciate you taking the time to put this stuff out there and share your work. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for this kind comment!! I am so happy you find my videos useful and i could be an inspiration! Good luck with your projects and keep at it!
Thank you so much for everything. This saves me so much time and I learn stuff I usually realize from sewing and making mistakes!! Also the description is so useful 😻 ty again!!
do you possibly have tips for someone who is hand sewing it? I have a machine but it scares me and I don't like using it because I have really bad coordination so the whole thing with the pedal and stuff doesn't really work out for me.
you should look up some general tutorials on hand sewing. you'd still want to use a lot of pins to keep things in place. make sure your stitches are nice and small to keep things clean.
yep! they have different needle tips. if i remember correctly, non-stretchy needles (often called universal needles but there are also needles for materials like denim and leather) are designed to pierce the individual threads of fabric and stretchy needles are meant to slip through the individual threads. if you have issues with your stitches not being tight or holding well, using the wrong type of needle could be why.
i can’t seem to find minky fabric other than at joan’s and it’s not very good quality do u have any other recommendations for other places to check out online and not ? :0
@@yeetusskeetus3629 oh, well in that case there's lots you can make. just find a pattern you like. if you're looking for something free i can recommend choly knight cholyknight.com/free-projects/
As a noob plush maker, you and Nazfq have been absolute godsends with your tutorials 🥺💖 keep up the amazing work!!
I'm so glad i could help!
I cannot get enough of your videos. You're amazing!

How would a pattern have to be changed from fleece to minky?
Great video! Learned how to cut the seam allowance! Gotta try that out

VERY informative video! THank you!
Do you ever need to use a zigzag stitch for plushies?
i don't use them, but if you find your stitches are popping or tearing, you can try to see if it helps!
What can I do with a 5x5 square of white minky without a sewing machine?
Not a whole lot, maybe a small charm or something?
@@makeshiftwingsplush 5x5 feet, sorry if you thought it was inches

Where did you get your particular booklet?
from plush addict: plushaddict.co.uk/smooth-dimple-plush-cuddle-shade-card-all-colours.html
I’m not that far into vid, but have you thought about spraying the fabric with starch??
I haven't considered it because I've never felt the need for extra security beyond pins. Never heard of using it on fabric before!
Jo bom então ok 😸😉😉
