1.) Executive Summary. What is the vision/mission of your company? Look at your short & long term goals? Me personally I like to write down goals & cross them off it gives you a better ideas and plan when getting things done.
2.) Business Description. Give a short description of what your business does, who's your target audience, & provide the problem & solution that your business brings to the industry.
3.) Your Competition. Who are the most successful people in your industry, what do they do best, & what unique value do you do to set yourself apart from the competition.
4.) Your Marketing. Where is your market, how do you access them, what will bring customers to you? This is one of the most important parts of a business b/c customers are what keeps you in business.
5.) Sales Plan. What are sales strategies, what tools will you use to achieve your goals? Find YOUR sales plan, & stick with it. So what if you're the cheapest, so what if you're the most expensive stick to what you know & believe is best & stand tall on it.
6.) Funding Details. How much capital do we have, how much do we need? Grant Cardone is a perfect example in this aspect, he uses other peoples money to fund his real estate deals so that everyone is profitable & he doesn't use his own money.
7.) Your Financial Data. How & when will first generate profit? Keep track of every dollar coming in, and every dollar that's leaving.
I'm not by any means a expert, I wish I would have followed something like this when starting my trucking company I would have been in a much better place. We live & we learn, I'm just here sharing my personal experiences on everything in hopes of helping others as much as possible.

Love this list! I feel like people need to remember too not to comingle funds. Gotta keep a bank account and expenses separate from their personal stuff.
