I passed my test today and I’m very happy about it because I cleared it in one attempt… I highly recommend this video it’s really helpful for those who lived in stevenage 👍👍👍
I live here in stevenage passed my test today with 2 minors, read on for a MAJOR CATCH, took my test in my own car if your reading this and looking for advice, I spent all my time LEARNING at all the major round abouts in stevenage all the famous residential areas famously taken on test routes for stevenage, but heres the catch on my test day straight out the test centre headed for gravely/hitchin and major dual carriage ways, 70% of my test was following a sat nav, this 20 mins of directions and 20 of signs or sat nav wasnt true, so eveything I spent learning was for experience of course helped but nothing in this video was in my test but hey passed first time 2 minors.
i live in luton and i am yet to book my test. Luton has an outrageous pass rate. Would you reccommend stevenage even though i cannot have any lessons there?
I just passed my driving test in stevenage and trust me when I say 80% of the road marking from the video is already erased. First take passed with 1 minor. Quick tip is tryto not make any mistake on the independent driving that will give a good impression to the examiner and might give you a pass and make a serious to minor. I run over a mini roundabout (road is clear though) and that is my only mistake
Hi. Firstly, Congratulations on your success. Im suprised that 89% of road markings are faded. I would have though the council would have the sence to repaint them, but thats another story. Thanks for your tips
This driving test car park is very tricky as the entrance to insert the coin is very tight. Being able to insert the coin and not hitting the kerb is bit tricky do you have any tips for that ? Do they fail you if you make a mistake at this point if you have finished your driving test ?
You're right. It's extremely tricky. The only thing I can say is to take your time. If you touch the kerb, it's NOT a fail but if you hit it, then it's a fail. So, the slower the better. The chest is not finished until the engine is switched of. I wish you the very best of luck with your driving lessons and driving test
Does this rout still apply for driving test 2019? My test is on Wednesday any tips? I am nervous cause I don’t know what route they are going to go on or wether it will be around the Stevenage or Hitchin.
NO. The driving examiner will only choose ONE reverse exercise. It could be reverse parking, reverse corner or 3 point turn. The emergency stop is optional DTC-UK
Driving Test UK I had to do reversing round a corner, emergency stop, hill start _and_ turn in the road using forward and reverse gears. I took my test in St. Evenage.
That's very strange. Normally the examiner only asks fir one manoeuvre plus emaergency stop. Maybe the examiner took wrong turn this needed 3 point turn
Driving Test UK Or maybe he wanted to check my reversing twice because he wasn't convinced with my three point turn. It was decades ago, maybe the test had more manoeuvres generally back then. Or my memory could be playing tricks!

So, have they done away with reversing around a corner and emergency stop?

😀😀😀😀 Problem Sorted 😃😀😀Many years ago they made you do more manoeuvres. 👍👍👍Thank you. DTC-UK
I have my test here on friday! I hope I pass! How's Stevenage route??
Lots of roundabouts. Approach roundabouts caustically but do NOT stop if clear. Good Luck. DTC-UK
