Hi Tamera, about the matted hair situation i would say she needs to use products that offer slip and alot of moisture...if not the hair will end up matted and stiff at the detangling process...I have 2 questions 1) what is your hair lenght goal ?( your hair is long and beautiful)....2)have you had any other hair color other than black ?
