If your first three fingers reach the first three frets, then its fine. Pinky finger is not that much important in majority of songs

Its ok. If u r interested in spreading your fingers more, u can try bringing thumb behind the neck, and holding the rubab with your right elboe n lap.
Finger stretching takes time, 6 months to be more closer, but its quite possible.
