Hello, I bought a new jcid (v1se) programmer, but I cannot connect it to the program. I followed the instructions in the video, but the problem was not solved. Please help. Note: I had an old programmer and it was working until it broke, and this is the new one

Hi when I connect my v1se to my iPhone 12 pm it states know battery connected but when I connect my iPhone to the computer using the jcid repair I can get full battery information. Can you help
