I love how gentle she is with your hair. One time I let my sister do my hair and she was pulling and yanking! I had to tell her to stop. The girl gave me a headache!! Her texture is looser than mine, but with my hair it gets tangled every five seconds and she was not being patient!

Why is her neighbor literally me🤷🏽♀😂 like I subconsciously twist the hair around my fingers before I actually twist it. And I also believe Bantu knots are to be done in twists first, it's a FACT🤷🏽♀

A tip is when your hair is wet, don't sleep with a silk or satin bonnet or scarf as it tends not to allow air in and may result in your hair holding water and ultimately contribute to moisture overload and breakage . It's better to sleep with a hair net or stocking cap

Whenever I sleep with wet hair I end up removing my scarf in the middle of the night to ensure that my hair dries by morning because like you said the scarf and/or bonnet holds the moisture in so that your hair can't dry.
@@She_So_Solo you also risk your hair getting a moldy smell and being exposed to bacteria if your scarf/bonnet hasn't been cleaned regularly and gets damp

I looooove how it turned out 😍😍😍 I could never do Bantu knots on wet hair 😩 they would NEVER DRY 😰, I either do I on blow dried hair or do the banding method and let dry a bit and then do it on slightly damp hair.

Does your neighbor have a balance of moisture and protein? Maybe that’s why her curls are a little frizzy? Once I finally started doing ACTUAL protein treatments it helped clump my curls and snap them back together and made my hair a little less frizzy. If not that then she could always try the Aztec clay mask. That’s the next thing I’d try if my curls were acting up
