Hey Guys so to continue on with my natural hair tutorials this one was requested a few times so I decided to do bantu knots this week. This can be done on wet or dry hair and the results can come out differently. I used my all time fav Cantu shea butter and a little bit of eco styler gel the olive oil one to create this look. Hope you enjoy and are staying away from the heat as well. Stay tuned for next weeks natural style. Kami

Omg, I love, love, love your hair and the way it came out. I can't wait for my hair to get this length. I feel like it's been stuck at it's current length for forever. I'm gonna try Bantu knots today, I hope it comes out as beautiful as yours did
So simple... Finally someone who hasn't overly saturated her hair with multiple products... Not everyone's hair is the same and I'm one of the ones who's hair can't tolerate more than 2 products (sometimes 1) at a time. Love her technique... Suitable for me

I have been natural for eight months Iv'e finally decided to tried this style and at first I was unsure that I would not like the results, I thought my hair was too curly, but it lasted a little over a week with very little hair maintenance. I was able to do different styles also. Many thanks!

Hey I'm mixed with black and white and I used to get relaxers once a year. The last relaxer I got was in December 2013. Im not sure if I'm transitioning or natural. The only thing that is not curly is my roots. Can u tell me what I am lol
I would say that you are transitioning because your last relaxer was recently its takes a little while for it to completely grown out. even though your hair might still be curly its probably not as curly as it will be once you are fully natural and it probably still curly because you didn't get them often but nevertheless its still in you hair. hope this helped

How do you maintain it after day one?? I feel like Im redoing my bantu knots ever night which I dont think is good for my hair
you can use soft rods or pin curl them the curls will get looser as the days go on

Hi! What did you do with your look for 2 days while your hair dried? Hat?
I plan this style around the days I don't have to leave out im no that bold to rock these outside so I usually am in the house while they are drying

Ray no it doesn't matter, since u should fluff out the roots when you take the knots down anyway
What cantu shea butter product did u use !??
Im guessing its the cantu Shea butter leave-in conditioning cream. I've been using it for about a year now & I absolutely love it...

you can re bantu at night or flexi rod them or do the pineapple method
How long does this style last?
aniepat i have white girl hair lol but mine last for about 1 1/2 days if i hairspray it
