I’ve been to 2 of their concerts in the US. It was so surreal to experience this arena quality concert in such a small intimate venue. As much as I am so happy they are getting recognition they deserve, it’s going to be eye opener when it gets to the point where I won’t even be able to see all the band member’s faces clearly cause they’ll be too far away.
Not only are the areana concert epic. Every concert they play from 50,000 people to 800 and everything in between, they capture the audience. They play on every level with the same passion and love for the fans. It is the most humble and musicly talented band I had had the honor to see live. I am 53. I'm not saying it is the only one but from the ones I've seen live. They did their Japan tour and moved on to other parts of the world, if you see the fan cams of Prague, the us, Barcelona Korea. All sizes same passion. These guys love what they do and in almost 20 years of career have not forget that the fans are their fuel. The level of excellence that they have to have as a rock band to play along a full orchestra is impressive. I love them. If you ever get the chance to see them live do it. They never cease to amaze me with every performance. They always go all out. I recommend all their live performances. Just do any One OK Rock songs. I'm in.
Even if they're allowing smartphone, the Japanese crowd itself will not use their smartphone in the middle of the show. They only use their smartphone only when Taka say they should use their phone's flash to build the atmosphere.

I wasnt there but durring the North america tour they did a couple years ago, they played in canada and literally changed the lyrics in the song American girl to canadian girl. I thought that was pretty cool of them

the only other band that can hit me as hard as this one live is nightwish. sabaton gets there too with one of their songs: "en livstid i krig"
