I think my favorite one is at Ambitions Japan Tour (not to be confused with Ambitions Japan Dome Tour which is where this video is from), but probably the one at Yokohama Stadium is most easily accessible on RUclips. That's a good performance too.

I've listened to Cry Out before, but something about the way Taka (the vocalist) screamed and the lyrics behind the song resonated with me. Taka pretty much writes all the lyrics and music for their songs and the lyrics always have deep positive meanings. He recently came out on instagram live to say that he suffers from panic disorder. I find it incredible that he can put on such great performances dealing with panic disorder. He had a very troubled early life but overcame it and many of the songs reflect some of the turmoil that he went through but his message is always positive to be yourself and you can overcome anything.

At the beginning of the song, TAKA gives a speech in Japanese, and it really touches my heart. First of all, I really like One OK Rock, but to be honest, I wouldn't put them even in my top twelve favorite Japanese rock/metal bands. Now, how many Japanese rock bands do you know? Because "One OK Rock is the best rock band in Japan" is a very bold statement. Also, you are very wrong, my friend, because we don't have to prove you wrong... you are the one who makes the silly statements that are difficult or impossible to prove, so you should have at least a little respect for others who have a different opinion than yours and first have the humility to research the dozens and dozens of brilliant Japanese rock/metal bands that play something other than mainstream commercial rock. 😉
