  • Have you ever met someone who doesn’t like bulgogi? It’s especially popular in families with young children. This bulgogi recipe has a bit of broth, making it perfect for mixing with rice. You can enjoy it even without marinating for a long time. How about making this for today’s meal?
    [Marinade Ingredients]
    1. 2 tbsp sugar
    2. 2 tbsp soy sauce
    3. 2 tbsp oligo syrup
    4. 2 tbsp minced garlic
    5. 1 chopped green onion
    6. 1 tsp sesame oil
    7. 100g kelp water
    [Main Ingredients]
    1. 600g beef bulgogi
    2. 1 onion
    3. 100g sweet potato noodles (dangmyeon)
    [Cooking Steps]
    1. Soak the kelp in water to make kelp water, and soak the sweet potato noodles in hot water to soften.
    2. Mix all the marinade ingredients well.
    3. Prepare and chop the onion and green onion.
    4. Add the chopped green onion to the marinade and mix well, then transfer to a bowl where you can combine with the meat.
    5. Pat the beef dry with a kitchen towel and add each piece to the marinade, pressing down to ensure the marinade coats the meat.
    6. Once all the beef is added, top with half of the chopped onion.
    7. In a pot, lightly grease the bottom and sauté the onion until it changes color, then add the beef.
    8. When the beef is no longer red, add the sweet potato noodles and kelp water, cooking until the noodles become soft.
    9. Adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce if needed, then finish with sesame oil.
