Yes but slice it before it goes in the freezer. 7-10 days in the fridge as long as it doesn’t grow mould. If the texture becomes undesirable you can turn it into breadcrumbs. I’ve never tested how long it can be in the freezer, but I’ve kept my breadcrumbs frozen for months, as long as it’s not mouldy and still tastes good!

Overall I like the video, but I don't like the final product...This is why...The gum & starch will destroy your liver and kidneys fast...maple syrup has lots of calories, better use a little bit of honey if you wish sweet taste...yeast can increase the risk of different infections, including candida...
