I am a white guy in Zambia from South Africa. I respect the laws of Zambia. You don't do drugs because the cops will have no mercy on you.
When I work in Saudi Arabia I follow the rules. I don't go and tell them I have human rights. They don't give a shit.
Why is America so terrified of upholding their laws?

Human rights are part of our laws. You break the law?! You pay the fine or do the time. Unfortunately it doesn't end there. You now have a record that follows you everywhere. Some people are willing to give most people a second chance irregardless of the crime. But you are now considered a lesser! Non trustworthy and it escalates from there. Many people are repeat offenders because of a lack or morals and guidance. That is where both parents come into play. Single parenthood is a disaster in America. We generally reward the mother and punish the father. Then we end up with feminized little boys that never grow up as Men! We have a broken society based on an insane ideology. Green hair pretty much says it all!

He can't grow if you don't tell him there is a major issue the truth is channels that just take work from others then talk at the end are really lazy anyways because your not really adding to it and most of the time your not interesting. I just watch the main video and skip the commentary. Specifically if I can't understand the person who is talking.

  • @JimParkGM
    @JimParkGM 4 месяца назад +3

Charlie needs to listen to Michael Wood, an ex-police officer and former marine who whistleblew that while he was a cop in Baltimore, roughly 85% of their work and targets were in black neighbors, specifically looking to bust weed dealers and possessions. He's arguing against something that's already been acknowledged. Has there been racial issues in this country? It's important to say that there has been in the past, although times have certainly changed in which I now feel there's more racism towards White people than anything else, which is a whole new phenomenon that I'm not behind - you can't cry racism from white people, and then do it back to them. Actually, maybe it was needed for a period of time for white people to wake up. I think they woke up, and it's time to end all racism in which people truly hate another group of people because of the content of their skin color - this is simply too primitive an emotion to hold onto in the year 2024.

There are no black people in prison for weed unless they were selling large amounts. The people are in prison for other things and on top they are caught with weed. It's the expired tag and headlight out that get them pulled over but the unregistered hand gun, warrant for child support, drug paraphernalia found in the car that sends them to prison. The resisting arrest and weed are just a secondary charge at this point.

There is a thing in the law called the “clean hands principle” which basically means you can’t break the law and then use the law to help you. To start an argument stating “its OK to break the law” gets an immediate failure barring unreasonable laws like in Texas where it was legal to beat your wife one time a month.
When you choose to break a law then YOU opened that door for being punished for it. The reason why laws are to be followed is because who exactly gets to decide which ones apply to me and which ones do I choose to ignore. Laws are supposed to be created to support the general safety and well-being of others so while I may not agree with it society says otherwise.
How about I decide that I want to steal people’s phones, take over their identities, then cash out their life’s savings. There is zero violence there so according to this young man it should be fine, and we should make it legal. How about I start with his phone? And his money?
See how fast something that doesn't matter turned into something that does. We have all come across really stupid people, is that really who you want decided what impacts you?

Here’s the thing - people know selling weed in some areas is illegal. Which means they choose to do it in lieu of working a typical job because it makes them more money. That’s a risk you chose to take - and it also matters if you have a weapon on you, if you have previous charges, how you behave while being detained, etc. No court today will throw you in jail because you were caught once smoking weed. In fact, they will often offer you a number of resources like drug treatment, mental health treatment, job training, parenting classes, aid with housing, etc, if you are on probation OR if you simply ask. They don’t want recidivism. For everyone who says ‘but there are no other jobs!’ (For the dealer) I would have to see the hypothetical defendants job search history before I would believe that, and it would have to show that they have completely exhausted every single option to find a job.

Wealthy people can afford powerful attorneys that will devote as many hours towards their defense as they are capable of. Poor people get a public defender that has like 10 minutes to review your case, and then your hearing goes through in just as much time before your attorney has to move on to their next case.

Add to that, an undeserved entitlement to have everyone else learn English, so they can to talk to us, it's amazing that anyone talks to us at all!
---> I speak three languages (poorly) but my language teacher spoke eight and taught 4 of them in schools... I have learned that the average European and many others speak 3 or 4 languages! I think marijuana being illegal is stupid, people say its a gateway drug, but if it were legal it would cease to be. Dealers are gateways, not shops that sell weed and only weed. I dont even smoke weed, and i think it's much safer than alcohol.

Slavery never ended it changed form. Now it's the state, not just land owners. The state says: I own you. And people say, "yes! At least it's not traditionalists! Grape me, daddy!!!!"

"I think legalizing marijuana is a bad idea" is one of the dumbest things I've heard Charlie say, and that's not something I say too often when he speaks. You think criminalizing and jailing people for using a natural God-given plant should be a crime? That people don't have the freedom of choice to do what they want with a plant that is NOT known to kill people or severely harm people, and in fact, helps many become not only better people but smarter people? You don't have to like it, but don't you dare try to say that should be illegal. If you want to put an age limit with distinct rules, that's another story.

Ok let’s address the crack / weed comparison because it’s like comparing a pinto to a gt40….
Weed: can’t smoke yourself to death, if no money to buy won’t use bill money or sell belongings to cover habit, doesn’t lose functionality, can go without and not go through severe withdrawal
Crack: can overdose easily, will sell everything and steal just for another hit, can’t process normal thought and become zombified, can’t go without and not have severe mental and physical problems
Just a few points, and btw weed has numerous health benefits and is considered a worse drug than alcohol and tobacco which only have negative effects and zero benefit

Well, I've never smoked weed and do not appreciate smelling it. There is such a thing that those who consistently smoke it, sooner or later, turn to something stronger. Now that something stronger may have been tampered with by adding something not so natural.

    • @oldschoolsoflo

@@debbylambert3319 do cigarettes and cigar smokers move on to heavier things, most alcoholics stick to alcohol, I’ve smoked weed for 30 years don’t drink and have never used any other drug, alcohol is the number one gateway drug and I don’t hear you chastising that,
