With the release of Ashes of memory it's confirmed they have a similar age, altough Alice seems to remember him as her brother, but Orpheus remembers her as two separate entities, which is because he tried to adopt Alice so that she could get out of the asylum, but failed. And him thinking that he and Alice had a daughter is just due to the drugs lol (and maybe because he was adopted just so that the Deross family would have a male heir, and they made him spend time with Alice so that they could arrange a marriagre to yk keep that noble blood)
