The sad part is- at least what I'm assuming- is that what brought her to the manor was a promise that something could help her brother- or just relieve the unending pain she's going through.

NEW EDIT/UPDATE: the one who died isn't Simon, Simon is still alive although he is still injured from brain damage and paralyzed. The one who died is the father, on his way home while drunk, he broke his neck and died.
Some people may be confused about why the wheelchair at some point in the video and some other stuff, I'll share my thoughts. First, in one of her traits (the one that slows down her decoding speed) it says that it's due to her trauma that she decodes slower. Her detachment from reality makes her interactions with the cipher machines harder because she has to focus, which is challenging for her. What I theorize from her backstory and what we have about her is that she's maybe related to the asylum too. In the scene at 0:47 it may be a resemblance of her actual life, her actual reality (Lily moving her brother's wheelchair, paralyzed and in pain) and her mind disconnected from that reality (her cheering and seemingly happy, laughing)
straight to the point, Lily was traumatized much by that accident at the horserace, her brother getting seriously injured, secondly her father becoming an alcoholic abuser as a consequence. A lot of the frames substain the fact that, after all that happened, Lily developed serious mental illness that leads her to severe derealization and dissociation.
so, when we see her cheering and being happy and talking to Simon as if he can hear her, it's because that's her way of coping with the actual reality her brain doesn't want to face due to the trauma that was deeply inflicted.
and when she says "and I no longer hear" ( 1:06 ) it's a sign that she doesn't resonate with reality anymore, I hope this makes sense!
it could also be some sort of illness related to maladaptive daydreaming, tbh, but still
she detaches from reality as a response to trauma, to cope with it, to live as if all the bad she's gone through never happened and as if everything is fine, she seems to be obsessed with cheering, being a cheerleader is her escape from an atrocious reality
edit: another thing to notice is how at some point the father died ( 0:53, the silhouette falling is the father, looks like Simon when he was falling from the horse, but I understimated the bottle of wine and thought it'd be too obvious to make it symbolize the father died, I was wrong lol so the glass breaking symbolizes the father's death) as a consequence, the woman that is leaving that house ( 0:57 ) seems to be the mother, going to identify the body and after disappearing, she never came back.
another edit: about the wheelchair, it may not be the time she is getting sent to the asylum. The one on the wheelchair seems to be her brother, paralyzed, can't move or say anything. The one moving the wheelchair is Lily, but my point still stands; that frame may be a resemblance of the situation, Lily's mental instability, the split between her actual life and her mind, which is disconnected from reality
Lily and Simon, therefore, are living together thanks to a sum of cash sent to their grandfather ( 1:05 ) in order to maintain themselves

I don't know, whether I'm right or wrong, but when she said "I'm no longer hear", I think it might be a kind of word play since "hear" similarly spelled like "here", so I might say that she may have left her family castle and go to oletus manor since there is a letter on the desk near the end of the video
i don't think she's completely in denial about her brother's death though. she did say that he, LUCKILY, can't hear her

I’m not sure if I’m reading to much but I think the triangle button eyes symbolize something. When pointing up, they represent stability and power, when pointing down they become unstable. It could just be me reading to much since Lily is the only one with triangle eyes 👀

The way this is said seems a bit odd, I feel like it's implying that Simon literally went deaf, while she went deaf in a more metaphorical way. Saw some messages saying that when she says she can no longer hear, it's because she's disassociating from reality, which I think is very likely because if the hearing was meant in the same way for both Simon and herself then it should've been "Simon, can you hear me? Luckily you can't, and neither can I." but the way she said it sounded like she was referring to 2 separate things.
I wish there was more transitioning from backstory to pom pom moments like 0:51-0:57 but thats just me ig

just realized that Lily’s nose scar was made by her father that used to hit her
Theory: so a lot of people think Simon is still alive, i theorize hes dead and that the father is in the wheelchair and thats she shoved him down the stairs. I think she might have been put in the asylum and that her mother left her because she was horrified with her family's fate. It feels more realistic for a father to become alcoholic after having a child die than from having his son fall and get injured. Although paralyzation could probably make him a little unstable too.
the wheelchair is actually speculated to be galatea, in the lore for lily, it said that when she went to go visit simon, another peer there gave her advice for the abuse she was going through. It's not confirmed to be galatea though
