She was once an amazing Opera singer in her youth but due to her aging her voice changed but she desperately wanted her old voice back so the mysterious lady in red helped her get her young voice but at a price
I think the story is that she in her youth suffering from abuses from her parent (possibly her dad since we saw her mom - the old lady who apears at the very first second of the trailer, looks pretty ill and weak) and she desperately want to be an opera singer to make her own living, to ran away from her house. But she, as an opera singer, does not actract much of an audience at first. But the moment she meet that lady in red, she got her self an helping hand, who help her to be successful in her career later on. But then, something happens, Sangria lost her beautiful voice the day she was supposed to perform (possibly due to that lady in red, since we saw the bird which represents Sangria got it's neck stabed by a rose which grow from the lady's side) then they choosed to go on their seperated way. But eventually, Sangria returned, wanting to complete her unfinished performance. The the fire rose, burned everybody who attend that performance to ashes
