I'm planning to do the same next year but I want to do rental houses.
I'm planning to do rental houses in Kenol next year, i thank God my dream is coming true, next project will be my own house. For the 12 years i have been to Europe i have managed to buy alot of plots and i need to sell them and use the money to build the rental appartment.

Someone help me please. I have a space to put a staircase, the total rise is 10.5ft and total run is 11.6ft. What would be the unit rise and run for each step and would the staircase angle be too steep?
what if I want to build an open concept, 600 square feet, 8 feet ceiling, brick house, one window 2 doors?
600 / 10.78 = 56 square meter... 56 x 40,000 = 2.24 million. This will probably be the cost of a mid-standard building, which is subject to change depending on the area and other factors mentioned herein.
