I remember calling my parents on Grandparents Day and announcing the pregnancy. “Happy Grandparents Day!”, I said. It took them more than a few seconds to figure it out.

I love Sarah's laugh. Sometimes I can have an uncontrollable laugh like that and my husband calls it my ice cream laugh. When we were newly married we went out for ice cream and I was holding a cone and laughing like that.

I had a bad laughing episode years ago on a flight. My friend and I flew from the states to London then on to Ireland. We did not sleep so up for hours. We boarded the plane, buckled in, and my laugh attack started.... I was delirious and couldn’t stop!!
The people on the plane turned and looked at me but I still couldn’t stop laughing! Slowly the laugh cloud moved to everyone on the flight! It was a small plane thank goodness! The whole plane started giggling and I saw shoulders bouncing... too funny... I love it! 🙂

Just subscribed to your channel so I've been going through your catalog of videos. You're an amazing couple! I love this particular video. Sharing your good news with your parents was fun. But, the part that got me literally "laughing out loud" was when Sarah got so tickled. We used to call that "slap happy." For my family, that was whenever one of us was so tired, but we couldn't go to sleep. Then, EVERYTHING was so hilariously funny that we couldn't stop the giggles. Even when we would try to be serious, the laughter would just keep erupting. Sarah was probably having sleep deprivation at this stage in her pregnancy. I wanted to say "Lay down, Sarah, and try to get a nap," even though this is an older video. HOWEVER, raising your little guy, Jack, can sometimes be hard work, too. So, when either of you get tired, take some time out for a nap when Jack is napping. But, don't ever change the ability to laugh at yourselves. That's a gift !!

I loved being pregnant so much and being with my daughters when they were pregnant and in the birthing rooms when their kids were born too. Grandkids are young teenagers now, so I'm having baby withdrawal - just needing to hold some babies again. 😊 So enjoy these early years while you can! Love seeing Jack too.
