I must say truly you guys have made my day today put a smile on my face. I really really enjoyed this video it brought back so many memories for me I left 🇬🇩 over 30 plus years and those are some of the things that I miss thank you for doing this.
Hiked up to Fedon csmp from the Concord Mountains (very steep side) many years ago and down the side you approached through Belvedere,Birchgrove up to Grand Etang on to Anedale Fall down throgh Tempe and back up the West coast back to Black Bay in a day.
Just say Jackie and we will make it happen. Gather your crew so that when the pandemic subsidies we are good to go 😁👍. Share the videos get them on board 😀
Only Grenadians would seek to disrespect a monumental marker of a Genuine Grenadian HERO in such manner. If everyone who climbs to the site decides to stand on the monument, what do you think will happen ❓shame, very disappointed. But you all not entirely to blame, we as a people have not been taught to appreciate ancestral endeavors, that's why so little effort is placed on preservation & antiquity , makes real me sad. Maybe look to Jamaica to see how they regard their MAROONS, and Ancestral strongholds. Hopefully you all take this onboard and consider your actions if future posts.
Wow, how interesting. I am reading Herman H Hall, Grenadian Historian and Publisher, book onJ'ulien Fendon'. This video was so vivid. It makes my reading come alive. My imagination and knowledge are bursting all over with history. Can you imagine the British Army doing this trail back in time, Wednesday 8th April 1795.! Wow, no wonder why Fendon's Strategic plans crushed them. Hikers, read this amazing documentary on Fedon the Warrior Revolutionary. Grenada has produced 3 great revolutionaries. To think such a small island had 3 revolutions. The first to my knowledge was Julien Fedon: Revolutionary, Patriot and Insurrection, and the second was Eric Gairy's The Patriot and the Colonalist - The Social Revolution 1950,s and most currently, the late. Maurice Bishop the 1979 Grenada Revolution. Indeed we are a force to be reckoned with. 'We little piece but we big on freedom-fight. Dou mess with us. Viv Va Grenada.
Great 👍🏿
