- A few months after the end of World War II, Edward the Blue Engine continues to have nightmares about things that happened on the Island during the war. In his thoughts, Edward receives an unexpected surprise that may give him closure and put an end to the nightmares.
Made for a general audience
I actually was crying when I heard this because hearing Edward has emotional trauma and felt like he was alone made me feel sorry for him, but I'm happy that even though he's dead, Winston was able to cheer him up (20 billion out of 10 story 💗)
Tbh, I thought this was going to be some aftermath story to Sodor Fallout, but no, absolute banger.
This is my personal favourite story, because I know how Edward feels
This was a really heart-felt story. Coming straight off one Edward video in the form of Unlucky Tug's latest Sodor's Finest to this one. Trauma is a powerful thing and can affect anyone especially something from like war in this case. However, that doesn't mean you have to suffer alone in silence as you always will have people who will care and support you.

Winston is the name given to that weird James-lookalike from that one illustration from The Sad Story of Henry in the RWS books.

That was so emotional and there’s a perfect story that encapsulates the way Edward should be used in a vulnerable position. Sometimes it’s not always easy being the old and wise one. Is this story free for adaptation? I would love to add this to part of my upcoming series?
