Sir, Iam Hindu Lingayat, but who is the founder of Lingayitism; Revered Basaveswara . As per Basavanna Lingayata is different from Hinduism ideology in many ways(ideologically). He rejected Veda,Agamas,Puranaas and mostly all Vaidik Customs. He rejected polytheism and advocated Monotheism. More interestingly the concept of Linga we are wearing in our body is a symbol of formless God but not Shiva ,who is the supreme God as per Sanathana dharma. If we want to continue as Sanatan Hindu then we should reject and denounce Basavanna and Sharanaas as well theirs Vacahanas. If we want to continue as Hindu veerashaiva which is founded by Revered panachachaaryas ,then we should obey Vernaashrama(Caste stratification,if we should be in the group of "Shudraas"). Where as Basavanna if Lingayatism considered as separate then there is no matter of Varnaashrama system. So here when we go through Idelogies of😅 Basavanna and other sharanas and as per Veerashivas ideology there are lot contradiction in ideologies. So being Hindu Lingayat what we should select?.we are in dual practices. So it is requested all the revered pontiffs of our lingayat maths to preach one and perfect ideologies to our Community which is great number in State as well as in Universe. I agree about all ur points. But present situation.....that is veerashaiva lingayatha within Hinduism has tremendous caste problem. Caste based discrimination. Even untouchablity is present. U have 3b and 2a reservation for V..LINGAYATHA which tells about historical inequality within ur society since 800 yrs. I am not talking about reservation but two different group of reservation for so called one caste group shows the division within lingayatha veerashaiva society

Sir, Iam Hindu Lingayat, but who is the founder of Lingayitism; Revered Basaveswara . As per Basavanna Lingayata is different from Hinduism ideology in many ways(ideologically). He rejected Veda,Agamas,Puranaas and mostly all Vaidik Customs. He rejected polytheism and advocated Monotheism.
More interestingly the concept of Linga we are wearing in our body is a symbol of formless God but not Shiva ,who is the supreme God as per Sanathana dharma. If we want to continue as Sanatan Hindu then we should reject and denounce Basavanna and Sharanaas as well theirs Vacahanas. If we want to continue as Hindu veerashaiva which is founded by Revered panachachaaryas ,then we should obey Vernaashrama(Caste stratification,if we should be in the group of "Shudraas"). Where as Basavanna if Lingayatism considered as separate then there is no matter of Varnaashrama system.
So here when we go through Idelogies of Basavanna and other sharanas and as per Veerashivas ideology there are lot contradiction in ideologies.
So being Hindu Lingayat what we should select?.we are in dual practices.
So it is requested all the revered pontiffs of our lingayat maths to preach one and perfect ideologies to our Community which is great number in State as well as in Universe.
There must be one ideology ,one Founder to any religion.
Who is founder of Lingaytism?. Basavanna or Panchaachaaryas?.
Sir Iam Hindu lingayat, as I have gone through Basavanna and other Sharanaas Vachanaas it is learnt that there is ambiguity in practices of Lingayatism Idelogies.
